Michael B. Clark – President & Chief Operating Officer. After serving in the U.S. Navy as an aviator for 10 years, Mike began his precious metals career at Deak-Perera in 1980. He then joined Wilmington Trust Company in 1984, where he established and managed the bank’s Precious Metals Services Division. Under Mr. Clark, Wilmington Trust’s precious metals depository grew to become one of the largest operations of its kind in the world. Subsequently, Mr. Clark was a co-founder of FideliTrade Incorporated, a precious metals trading and sales company based in Wilmington, Delaware. While at FideliTrade, Mr. Clark established and served as President of Delaware Depository Service Company, LLC (DDSC), a FideliTrade subsidiary and an approved precious metals depository of the New York Mercantile Exchange, the New York Commodity Exchange, and the Chicago Board of Trade. Mr. Clark previously served as the Chairman of the Industry Council for Tangible Assets (ICTA), a Washington DC-based precious metals trade association, where he remains a lifetime board member. He also served on the Precious Metals Advisory Committee of the New York Mercantile Exchange from 1987 until 2005. (To view Mr. Clark’s complete biography, click here.)
Victor Phillips – Depository Manager. Vic began his precious metals career working in the vaults of Wilmington Trust Company’s depository operation in 1994. Following a three year stint at AT Systems, the armored car company, he joined the depository staff of Delaware Depository Service Company, where he rose to the position of Vault Supervisor. He then served as Depository Manager at First State Depository Company before joining Diamond State Depository where he has been the Depository Manager, responsible for overseeing daily operations since 2007.
Christina “Tina” Ervin – Customer Service Supervisor. Tina is a consummate Customer Service Professional, having
served in a variety of customer service positions, including Customer Service Team Manager, at Bank of America from 1999 through 2006. She then learned the precious metals trade at Mid-Atlantic Coins in Dover, Delaware, where she served as Office Manager and Assistant to the President fulfilling a variety of responsibilities, until she joined Diamond State in 2009.
Mary “Chris” Mason – Business Development Associate. Chris started her precious metals career working as a Business Development Administrator in the Precious Metals Services Division of Wilmington Trust Company in 1993. She then joined the staff of FideliTrade Incorporated as a Precious Metals Associate in 2003. Following her time as a Client Associate at Merrill Lynch from 2007 to 2010, Ms. Mason joined the Diamond State Depository team in early 2010 where she serves as our Business Development Associate responsible for client relations and sales.
Melvin Robinson, Sr. – Vault Supervisor. Mel has worked in the financial services industry for more than 12 years. Prior to joining Diamond State Depository, he was a member of Wilmington Trust Company’s Precious Metals Depository team and also worked in the bank’s Trust Operations Division. He has more than seven years experience serving in the Precious Metals Industry.
